A Humble Beginning

 

Owned and managed by Ms. Estrella Laderas. She has a humble beginning of being a "tindera"  in Carbon market. When she had enough she bought a chicharon by kilo and repacked to smaller quantities and sold them as retail. After few years she rented a stall and become a vendor in the market. That's how the chicharon business came to be. Chicharon delivery go as far as Manila and other parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Being in the market everyday for years it was natural to be inclined to try different things to sell including calamansi juice for years.  The eagerness to learn paid off and she started selling fresh meat. Word of mouth from customers helped to continue her new venture.  As a key ingredient to her success it's giving what is due to the customers. Simply means provide them with what their money is worth, a good product and not short change in any way.
